Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date you received your order for a full refund. Refunds will only be given back to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached (if applicable). Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or any other similar stains will be refused and returned to you. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box/bag. The shoe box must not be damaged to receive a refund. If the shoe box is damaged, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
All sale items, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
Due to high-volume of orders, we no longer accept exchanges. We are unable to guarantee that the item and size that you need will be available once we receive your return. To guarantee your satisfaction, we recommend placing a new order for the item and size you need and sending the previous item back for a full refund.
If you received defective merchandise, please contact us within two business days so we can correct the issue. Damages must be reported within two business days of receiving the merchandise or it cannot be returned.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Should an item(s) be missing from an order, or you did not receive an item, please contact us within 2 to 3 business days. Refunds or replacement of item after the stated time will not be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
